Shipping policy
We at Saafia Goddess do all we can to ensure your order is shipped to you in a neat, organized and clean manner. ALL products, utensils, and packaging are sanitized before and after the production/creation process to keep with being health conscious not just during flu season, but in general.

Rates
The shipping rates are determined by the weight of your items. Any order up to 1lb receives free shipping, while orders 2lbs and over have a flat rate of $8.00.
Processing
Orders are usually processed the same day but can take between 1-2 business days depending on when your order is placed. If an order is received before 3:00pm (CST), then it will be fulfilled that same day while anything after 3:00pm (CST) will be for the next day.
NOTE: If an order is placed DURING one of our social media LIVE shows, it will be processed to be shipped the same day, no matter the size or total.
Delivery
Depending on the time, after an order is processed it is sent out for shipping. Once your package(s) are no longer with us, the time in which you would receive your order can vary, the usual time is 3-4 business days.
**PLEASE NOTE: During the holidays, express shipping is the method used, but in order to receive your package(s) on time, please place your order at least a week in advance. Examples are listed below:
Christmas: Place your order by/before December 18th to receive it by the 25th
Easter: Place your order by/before March 28th to receive it by April 4th
Eid: Place your order by/before May 5th to receive it by the 12th
International Shipping
At this current time, Saafia Goddess Boutique only ships within the United States. As the company grows, we have a global outlook and hope one day we can offer our products to those residing in other countries not in North America.
Local Delivery
As of now, the Boutique does not offer local delivery just yet. It is something we are working on and will make an announcement when we are able to offer this service!
Please keep in mind, Saafia Goddess Boutique is not responsible for any package that is scanned as delivered, or whether it unfortunately becomes lost or stolen. If your order does end up with a delivery issue (exp. sent to the wrong address) please contact the courier directly. We also cannot accept any loss incurred by the customer(s) whether or not SGB takes any action regarding said losses.
