Refund policy
If and when a return is approved, every item must be returned within 30 days from the time they are originally received and, but this does not include holidays. Due to the nature of some of the types of items sold at Saafia Goddess Boutique, returns are NOT accepted on the following items:
1. Any item not in its original packaging with original tags.
2. Used or personal care products (such as beauty/skincare items)
3. "Clearance", Final Sale" items or gift cards.
4. ITEMS WITH NO RECEIPTS.
DAMAGED
For Items that are received damaged or defective please us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your return is accepted, you will receive a shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. This must be followed completely or the return request will not be accepted.
THERE IS A RETURN SHIPPING FEE of $5, PLEASE REVIEW OUR POLICY GUIDELINES & EXCEPTIONS BELOW.
Any order over $50 will be eligible for free returns (still meeting the requirements above), while orders $49 and under will pay a return fee.
How to process a return:
OPTION 1: Send an email to us at saafiaboutique@gmail.com with "Return Request" in the subject line. Please include your order number and reason for your return in your email and we will get back to you within 24 hours. Once your return has been approved, and the item is sent back to 17630 Olivia Lane, Orland Park, IL, 60467, a refund will be given back to you via your original form of payment.
OPTION 2: Process a return through the website, but you MUST have an account to be able to do this.
REGARDING EXCHANGES
The best way to go about exchanging is to send in your return separately, and once it is accepted, purchase the new item.
REGARDING HOLIDAYS
Due to the chaos that usually surrounds the holidays, the return period is extended to be within 40 days instead of the usual 30, and processing time can take a bit longer.
